I am unable to use Frame Interpolation or Super-resolution when I view 3D images. What should I do?

• When you view 3D images, the Frame Interpolation and Super-resolution settings are only available for 1080p 24 fps signals from HDMI video sources.

  Note: When using the 2D-to-3D Conversion option, Frame Interpolation and Super-resolution do not work.
