Shooting lines appear between two pens when I use them at the same time. What should I do?

• Try the following:

  • Make sure the correct Pen Operation Mode is selected in the Easy Interactive Function setting in the projector's Extended menu.
  • Make sure the interactive software you use supports annotation with two pens at the same time. Contact your software manufacturer for assistance.
  • Make sure to use the pens at least 4 inches (10.16 cm) apart from each other.
  • Turn off hovering.
