I can't access or navigate the Android TV menu after pairing the remote. What should I do?

  1. Unpair the remote. Press and hold down the Esc (or back) and the buttons at the same time on the remote for 30 seconds. The remote will unpair and the projector will display the remote pairing screen.
     
     
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the remote. Verify the remote is paired by navigating to the Android TV menus or by using the Google Assistant button.
