Support Projectors Pro Series Epson EB-PU2116W

How do I project a playlist?

  • Do the following:

    1. Save your playlist to a project, and export the project to a USB device using the Epson Projector Content Manager software. You can also export a project to the USB drive on the projector over the network.

Note: See the Epson Projector Content Manager Operation Guide for more information.

    2. Insert the USB device in the projector's USB-A port.
    3. Follow the steps in one of the sections below to project.

    Using the remote control

    Do one of the following:

    • If your remote control has a USB Viewer or USB button, press it to project a playlist (or to select the playlist you want to project). If there is more than one playlist on the USB device, the first or scheduled playlist is projected.
    • To project a specific playlist assigned to a favorite playlist's button, press the corresponding button on the remote control.

Note: You can assign playlists to each of the number buttons (1 to 9) on the remote control using the Epson Projector Content Manager software, a web browser, or the Epson iProjection app.

Note: See the online User’s Guide for additional information on projecting playlists.

    Using the Epson iProjection app

Note: Make sure you have installed the latest version of the Epson iProjection app on your mobile device.

    1. Make sure the projector is on and connected to the same network as your mobile device.
    2. Start the Epson iProjection app and select your projector to connect to it.
    3. Tap > Remote > Playlists.

Note: If you see a login window, enter your user name and password. (The default user name is EPSONWEB and the default password is the projector's serial number.)

    4. Select the playlist you want to project.

    Using a web browser

    1. Make sure the projector is on and connected to the network.
    2. Start your web browser on a computer or device connected to the same network.
    3. Enter the projector's IP address in the browser's address bar and press the Enter key.

Note: If you attempt to connect to the Epson Web Control screen via a proxy server, the screen will not be displayed. Make a direct connection to the Epson Web Control screen.

You see the Epson Web Control screen:

    4. Select Playlists.

Note: If you see a log in window, enter your user name and password. (The default user name is EPSONWEB and the default password is the projector's serial number.)

    5. Select the playlist you want to project.
