The product's status lights don't flash or turn on. What should I do?

• Check the following:

  • Make sure the power cord is plugged into a functional outlet.
  • Make sure the product is turned on and projecting an image.
  • Make sure the Child Lock setting is off. To turn off this setting, press the menu button on the remote control and select Settings > Child Lock > Off.
  • Make sure Illumination is set to On. To turn on this setting, press the menu button on the remote control and select Extended > Operation > Illumination.
