Why doesn't my 16:9 image fill the screen completely?

• The screen has unique dimensions designed specifically for use with certain touch-enabled, interactive BrightLink projectors. For this reason, the screen has approximately 2 inches (51 mm) of extra space along the top so a touch unit can be mounted directly on the screen and still support a 100-inch (2.54 m) diagonal image.
