The image brightness or colors are incorrect. What should I do?

• Try the following:

  • Press the button to illuminate the document.
  • Press the or button to increase or decrease the image brightness.
  • Set the White Balance setting to Auto in the product's Image menu to adjust the color automatically. If the colors are still not correct, select the best setting for the type of lighting in your environment from the menu options listed.
  • Make sure the Microscope setting is set to Off (Image > Image Mode > Microscope).
