I can't see some Epson Scan buttons because they appear gray with white text. What should I do?

  You can use Epson software Updater, if it's available for your product, to update Epson Scan. To install Epson software Updater, go to the Epson support page, select your product, then select Downloads > Utilities > Epson software Updater. Download the software and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
