Transform what’s possible in your manufacturing process with the AX6, part of the AX Series of collaborative 6-Axis robots. Built upon four decades of expertise in implementing automation in our own manufacturing, the AX Series is designed to increase worker interaction through power- and force-limiting features that, with a proper risk assessment, allow for use without safety shields. Designed with a compact, lightweight carbon fiber structure, the AX6 is ideal for collaborative applications where space is at a premium.

The AX6 provides a fluid operating environment for users of all experience levels, featuring easy-to-use no-code software as well as an intuitive user interface. In addition, the robot offers versatility and quality control with benefits such as a customizable Python development environment, industrial kinematics and a 3D simulator. And with end-of-arm features such as customizable multifunctional user buttons, a multicolor status LED ring and simple connectors to enable tooling, this robot is ideal for applications that require fast and easy installation and redeployment.

End-of-arm Ethernet port and pneumatic connections— simplifies end-of-arm tooling for grippers, dispensers and more
Compatible with multiple power sources— supports 100 V to 240 V AC and 48 V DC
End-of-arm multicolour status LED ring— quickly assess the robot’s status through fixed colour status lights at the end of the arm
3D simulator— test programs in simulation before running them within the workcell
