End of Support (EOS) FAQs

This page contains information about products that have reached End of Support status. These products are no longer manufactured, sold, or supported by Epson.
Once a product reaches End of Support, Epson no longer provides:

  • New driver updates
  • Software or firmware updates
  • Bug fixes, security updates, or compatibility updates
  • Repairs, replacements, or spare parts
Limited technical support may be available for a period of time after End of Support.
Existing drivers or software may continue to function; however, compatibility is not guaranteed with:

  • New operating systems
  • OS updates or security patches
  • New hardware or environments
Drivers and software available at the time of End of Support may remain available for download, but no new updates will be released.
Products are retired for a variety of reasons, including component availability and evolving technology standards.
We recommend upgrading to a current, supported product to ensure:

  • Ongoing driver and software updates
  • Continued security and compatibility support
  • Access to customer service and technical assistance

Yes, you may continue using the product; however:

  • Official support and updates are not available
  • Compatibility and security risks may increase over time
  • Repair services are no longer offered
