End of Support (EOS) FAQs This page contains information about products that have reached End of Support status. These products are no longer manufactured, sold, or supported by Epson.
What services are no longer available? Once a product reaches End of Support, Epson no longer provides: New driver updates Software or firmware updates Bug fixes, security updates, or compatibility updates Repairs, replacements, or spare parts
What services are still available? Limited technical support may be available for a period of time after End of Support.
Will existing drivers and software continue to work? Existing drivers or software may continue to function; however, compatibility is not guaranteed with: New operating systems OS updates or security patches New hardware or environments
Can I still download drivers or software? Drivers and software available at the time of End of Support may remain available for download, but no new updates will be released.
Why was this product discontinued? Products are retired for a variety of reasons, including component availability and evolving technology standards.
What are my alternatives? We recommend upgrading to a current, supported product to ensure: Ongoing driver and software updates Continued security and compatibility support Access to customer service and technical assistance Contact the Epson Store at 1-800 GO EPSON
