I'm having problems installing the software. What should I do?

• Make sure your EPSON Stylus Scan is plugged in and turned on. Make sure you've closed all other applications, including any screen savers and anti-virus programs running in the background. Then try installing the software again, taking care to follow the instructions on the Start Here sheet.
