The OneTouch feature is not working with my scanning program. What should I do?

• The one touch function only works with programs that are OneTouch compliant, like EPSON Smart Panel, Presto Pagemanager, Windows Imaging, and Adobe® Photoshop 5.0LE (or later) or Full Edition. These applications support linking scanner events with the Start button on Windows 98, 2000, or ME.
