When EPSON Scan launches, how do I switch from Full Auto mode to Home or Professional Mode?

When EPSON Scan launches, click on the Pause button. Then, in the upper right corner of the EPSON Scan window, open the drop-down menu and select Home Mode or Professional Mode.
