When I scan multiple business cards, only the first business card is recognized by the BizCard software. What should I do?
Do the following:
- Open the BizCard software.
- Select File, then Scan and Recognition Settings.
- Put a check mark in the box next to Keep scan dialogue box open after each scan or Quick Scan.
Note: If the Quick Scan setting is enabled, the Keep scan dialogue box open after each scan setting will be grayed out.
- Click OK.
