The product does not turn on. What should I do?

  • Try the following:
    • Make sure the power button, located on the back of the product, is switched to the On position.
    • Make sure your scanner's power cord is securely connected to the scanner and a working electrical outlet. If necessary, test the outlet by plugging in another electrical device and turning it on.
