ABBYY FineReader and NewSoft Presto! BizCard, the third-party software, did not install on my Mac. What should I do?

• The third-party software must be installed using Epson software Updater utility. Do the following:
  1. Make sure the scanner is connected and powered on.
  2. Make sure the Epson Scan driver is installed.
  3. Run the Software Updater; select Application > Epson software > EPSON Software Updater (Internet connection required).
  4. Follow on-screen instructions.
