How do I set up an authentication card reader with my product?

Do the following:
- Download and install the Epson Document Capture Server Authentication Edition software from the Downloads tab on the product's support page. The software supports the operating systems listed below.
OS Service packs Edition Windows Server 2012 - Essentials/Standard/Datacenter Windows Server 2012 R2 - Essentials/Standard/Datacenter Windows Server 2016 - Essentials/Standard/Datacenter Windows Server 2019 - Essentials/Standard/Datacenter Windows Server 2022 - Essentials/Standard/Datacenter - Connect the card reader to the authentication card reader port on the scanner.
- Select Settings > Device Information in the scanner's control panel.
- Scroll down to Authentication Device Status and make sure Connecting is indicated.
- Download and install the Epson Document Capture Server Authentication Edition software from the Downloads tab on the product's support page. The software supports the operating systems listed below.
