The product does not turn on. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure your scanner's power cord and USB cable are securely connected to the scanner.
    • Make sure the electrical outlet works. If necessary, test it by plugging in and turning on another electrical device.
    • Hold down the power button for approximately one second to power on the product.
