A black rectangle appears next to the business card I scanned. What should I do?

• Make sure you select Plastic Card as the Document Size setting in Epson Scan 2. Then select the Advanced Settings tab and make sure the Edge Fill setting is set to None.

  Note: When using Epson ScanSmart, you can open the Epson Scan 2 screen by clicking the Settings button > Scanner Settings tab > Scan Settings.

  Note: You can load up to five standard paper business cards into the scanner using the vertical path position. For thicker paper or plastic cards, change the scanner to the straight path position and scan one card at a time.
