If I can no longer access images stored on my photo viewer because of a hard drive failure, can Epson help me recover my files?

• Unfortunately, Epson has no data extraction tools for recovering files from a viewer with a defective or damaged hard drive. To prevent this problem, we strongly recommend that you regularly back up all files stored on the viewer to another external storage medium or to your computer.
