While loading continuous paper through my product via the tractor assembly, the paper out light is on. What should I do?

• Power the printer off. Initiate a ROM reset (press Pause + ALT + Economy/Condensed + Load/Eject while applying power to the printer). Unload and reload the tractor paper, if the problem persists, take the printer to an Epson Authorized Service Center.
