Why is the message TCP/IP cannot be used appearing when I start EpsonNet WinAssist.
- Make sure TCP/IP is installed in the computer. Make sure the computer_s IP address is set correctly. There may not be a DHCP server, but DHCP is selected for the Get IP address setting. Install a DHCP server, or change the Get IP address settings in TCP/IP menu.
