My product won't feed paper. What should I do?

• If paper won't feed, follow these steps:
  1. Remove the paper from the sheet feeder.
  2. Fan the edges of the sheets.
  3. Reload the sheets against the right side of the feeder. Make sure the paper stack is leaning against the paper tray and not standing straight up in the tray.
  4. Slide the left edge guide snugly, but not too tightly, against the paper. Don't load paper above the arrow on the left edge guide and make sure it is under the tabs on the left and right edge guides.
  Also, make sure all of the packing materials are removed.
