How do I print on envelopes with my product?

• Check the software application you are printing from to see if it supports envelope printing. If it does, follow the application's instructions to print on your envelope.
  
  If you need to create a custom paper size for the envelope you are printing on, follow these steps:
  1. Right-click the printer icon in the lower right corner of your screen (taskbar) and select Printer Settings.
     
  2. Click the Main tab.
  3. Select User Defined as the Size setting. A User Defined Paper Size window appears.
     
  4. Enter a name in the Paper Size Name field.
  5. Enter a value for the Paper Width and Paper Height settings.
     
     The Paper Width should be set to the same size as the short-edged side of the envelope (the side that is fed first in the printer) and the Paper Height should be set for the long-edged side. For example, to print on a standard #10 size (4 1/8 x 9 1/2 in.) envelope, enter 413 for the Paper Width and 950 for the Paper Height.
  6. Make sure the Unit setting matches the unit of measurement used for the Paper Width and Paper Height settings.
  7. Click Save.
