I keep getting Paper jam, CD/DVD tray, or thick paper jam message right before printing when using the single sheet guide. The paper is not jammed and I am not printing on CD/DVDs. What should I do?

• The paper is not loading correctly. You'll need to reload the paper without canceling the print job in the print queue. Do the following:
  1. Press the Roll paper button for 3 seconds to eject the paper.
  2. Remove the paper completely from the printer.
  3. Press the flashing Paper button once to clear the paper out error, the paper light now becomes solid green.
  4. Reload paper in the single sheet guide again and try printing.
