My product detects only one of two photos placed on the scan bed when I use the copy function on the control panel. What should I do?
Check the following:
- Make sure the scan bed glass is clean and free of finger prints, smudges, etc. (When cleaning the glass, spray the glass cleaner onto a cloth and then wipe the glass. Never spray glass cleaner directly onto the scan bed.)
- Make sure the two photos are not larger than 4 × 6 inches.
- Make sure you place the photos 1/4inch (5mm) apart as shown below.
