My product is unable to receive faxes after I changed the number of rings to answer, V.34, and DRD settings. What should I do?

    Reset your fax send/receive settings. Do the following:
    1. Press the Setup button.
    2. Press the arrow buttons to select Restore Default Settings and press the OK button. You see this screen:
    3. Press the arrow buttons to select Fax Send/Receive Settings and press the OK button. You see a confirmation screen.
    4. Select Yes, then press the OK button to reset the settings. (Select No and press the OK button if you want to cancel the operation.)
