I cannot scan from my computer with the Image Capture application. What should I do?

ry the following:
- Make sure the product is turned on and securely connected to your computer.
- The scanner software will not work if any of the printer's ink cartridges are expended. Check the cartridge status on the LCD screen and replace the ink cartridges.
