How do I clear the fax header on my product?

The Fax header can be cleared by using the product's control panel. Do the following:
- Press
Menu, press 
or 
to select Restore Default Settings and press OK. - Press or to select Reset Fax Data Setting. This will reset the Speed Dial, Group Dial Setup, Header, and Fax Log settings.
