When I send a hand-written fax, the recipient can't read the fax content. What should I do?

• Make sure you don't use light-colored ink to write the fax. We recommend you use a black or dark blue pen. You can also try selecting a higher Resolution setting such as Fine or Photo.

  Note: Higher resolution settings may slow down the fax speed.
