When I send a handwritten fax, the recipient can't read the fax. What should I do?

• Make sure you don't use light-colored ink to write the fax. We recommend you use a black or dark blue pen. You can also try selecting one of the following higher Resolution settings: Fine, Super Fine, Ultra Fine, or Photo.

  Note: Higher Resolution settings may slow down the fax speed.
