The option for 2-Sided Printing (Windows only) is gray or not available. What should I do?

• Make sure you use a paper type and size that is supported for this feature. Manual double-sided printing is only available if you select plain paper and one of these paper sizes in the printer software:

  • Letter (8.5 × 11 inches [216 × 279 mm])
  • Legal (8.5 × 14 inches [216 × 357 mm])
  • A4 (8.3 × 11.7 inches [210 × 297 mm])
  • A6 (4.1 × 5.8 inches [105 × 148mm])
  • 4 × 6 inches (102 × 152 mm)
  • 5 × 7 inches (127 × 178 mm)
  • 8 × 10 inches (203 × 254 mm)
  • 3.5 × 5 inches (89 × 127 mm)
  • Half Letter (5.5 × 8.5 inches [140 × 216 mm])
