My product is unable to receive faxes after I changed the number of rings to answer, Fax Speed, or DRD settings. What should I do?

• You can restore the fax default settings. Do the following:

  1. Press the button, if necessary.
  2. Select Settings > General Settings > System Administration. Enter the administrator password, if necessary.
  3. Scroll down and select Restore Default Settings.
  4. Select Fax Settings. You see a confirmation screen.
  5. Select Yes to reset the settings.
