I'm not able to print at 100 PPM print speed. What should I do?

• Check the following:

  • Make sure Quiet Mode is set to Off, as it can reduce performance by up to 50%.
  • Make sure the Print Speed Priority setting is On. To turn it on, select Settings > General > Printer Settings > Print Speed Priority > On.
  • Make sure letter-size paper is loaded into the paper source in portrait orientation.

  To test the speed, print 100 copies of a single-sided page using the Copy menu.
