When I send a handwritten fax, the recipient can't read the fax. What should I do?

Make sure you don't use light-colored ink to write the fax. We recommend you use a black or dark blue pen. You can also try selecting a higher Resolution setting.
Note: Higher Resolution settings may slow down the fax speed.
