I just set the unit up and both Ink Out and Paper Out lights are on solid and the Power light is flashing. What should I do?

• This normally indicates a carriage error. If the printer has not made any noises for more than five minutes, turn off the printer. Open the cover and check for any obstructions. Power on the printer to see if the error still occurs. If the unit still gives an error, it may need to be serviced. If this is the case, please contact the EPSON Connection for assistance.
