Streaks or lines appear on my labels. What should I do?

• If streaks or white lines appear on your labels, you can clean the print head.

  Caution:
  Do not use benzine, paint thinner, or other chemicals to clean the printer. Do not use canned air or chemical dusters.

  1. Turn off the power and unplug the AC adapter.
  2. Lift up the tape cover.
  3. Grasp the sides of the tape and lift it out of the printer.
  4. Use a dry cotton swab to gently clean the print head as shown.
