The status of the Production Monitor appears as Other when printing using a USB connection. What does this mean?

• When printing with a USB connection, or copying on a printer that uses a network and a USB connection simultaneously, Other is displayed as the status on some printer models.

  If you want Printing to be displayed as the status, print over the network.

  Other may also be displayed when updating the printer firmware.
