How do I stop sharing a workout?

You need to disable sharing for the workout. Do the following:
- Tap or click
or 
on the Workout Details page. You see this screen.
- Set the Share URL for Workout page setting to Off.
- Tap or click Save.
Note: The Share Map Data setting is set to Off automatically after you save.
