The product is recording the wrong date for my workouts. What should I do?

  • Make sure the correct date is set on the product.

    To automatically set the correct date, perform GPS positioning by pressing Start/Stop on the Time screen.

    Note: The product cannot perform GPS positioning indoors. Perform GPS positioning outdoors with no obstacles overhead that might interrupt GPS signals, such as tall buildings or trees.

    You can also set the date and time manually by pressing Enter on the Time screen and selecting Settings > System > Set time > Update Time > Manual.
