There are vertical lines in my projected image. What should I do?

• The computer's vertical refresh rate is probably too high. The projector is designed to operate between 50 and 75 hertz at 640 x 480 resolution. Set the refresh rate on the computer to its lowest setting within this range. If you are not sure how to set the refresh rate, contact the computer or video board manufacturer for help with this setting.
