My product stopped printing in the middle of a print job. What should I do?

  • Check the following:

    • Make sure your Internet service is working. Use a computer to determine if you still have Internet access.
    • Make sure the product is on and shows no error messages on the control panel or computer.
    • Make sure the product receives a strong signal from your wireless router.

      Note: Try moving your product to a different location within range of your wireless router. Avoid placing the product near a microwave oven, 2.4 GHz cordless phone, or large metal object such as a filing cabinet.
