The print button is gray or the message Epson Print Enabler - unavailable appears on my Android device. What should I do?

• Try the following:
  • Make sure the printer and Android device are connected to the same wireless network.
  • Make sure you are not connected to a Guest network.
  • Make sure the printer is free of errors. See your product's User's Guide for instructions on how to clear an error.
