I see an error message in the app. What should I do?
- Make sure there is no paper jammed in the printer.
- Make sure the paper is loaded correctly in the printer.
- Make sure the correct paper size is loaded in the printer.

|CD/DVD not set correctly||The app does not support CD/DVD printing. Make sure the CD/DVD tray/cover is closed prior to printing.|

|General Error||Make sure your product is selected in the app.|
|Ink cover open||Make sure the ink cover and/or the scanner is securely closed before printing.|
|Error while writing||Set up the File Sharing feature by selecting the following on your product's control panel: Setup > File Sharing Setup > Wi-Fi/Network.|
|Incorrect Paper Size||Make sure paper is loaded in the printer and the correct paper size is selected in the app.|
|No Printer Found||Make sure your product is selected in the app.|
|No Scanner Found||Make sure your product is selected in the app.|
|Out of memory||Your mobile device does not have enough memory to store the file. Free up space on your device to save the file.|
|Page not printed or Multi-page||Check the following: |
|Printer Cover||Make sure all covers on the product are closed before you print. If that doesn't help, contact Epson support.|
|Scanner Cover Open||Make sure your product's scanner cover is securely closed. If that doesn't help, contact Epson support.|
|Scanner Unit Open||Make sure your product's scanner is securely closed. If that doesn't help, contact Epson support.|
|Service Required||Contact Epson support for assistance.|
