How often should I shake the ink supply units?

• To maintain print quality, you must do the following:

  • Thoroughly shake the White ink supply unit at the start of every working day.
  • Thoroughly shake the color ink supply units once a month.

  When the product is powered on, remove the ink supply unit tray from the product and shake, as shown below.
  
  

  Caution:
  Do not touch the IC chip on the supply unit; otherwise, the supply unit may not be recognized or the printer may not print properly.
