How long can I leave my product off?

• We recommend that you leave the printer on all the time; this will allow the printer to perform required automatic cleanings. If you'll be away from the printer for more than a week, and white/silver ink is installed, we recommend that you perform an Ink Refresh to avoid possible nozzle clogs. See the Refresh section in the User's Guide for more information.
