Rip-Queue indicates printing is in progress by displaying a percent status, but then it drops the print job, and nothing prints (with an Ethernet connection). What should I do?
-
Make sure your network cables are properly connected. If the connection is fine, try the following:
- Make sure the IP address is the same in Rip-Queue and on the printer.
- Click Configure Printer.
- Select the Device tab > Configure Port > TCP/IP > Configure.
- Verify that the IP address in the software matches the IP address on your printer. To see your printer's IP address, select Menu > Printer Settings > Network Settings > IP.
- If you are printing to the Windows COM driver, make sure you have the correct profile assigned in the COM driver.
Note: The entire job must spool before printing begins.
- Make sure the IP address is the same in Rip-Queue and on the printer.
