Why can't I control the mouse pointer with the remote control?

• Make sure the mouse cable is securely connected to both the computer's mouse port or USB port and the projector's mouse port. Your computer must have been manufactured with Windows 98 (SR2), Windows Me, or Windows 2000 to work properly with USB.
