When I use Quick Connection Mode in the EasyMP NS Connection software to connect to my product, it cannot find my product. What should I do?

  • Make sure the projector is not configured for both wired and wireless networking. Turn off DHCP on either the wired or wireless network configuration screen on the projector and manually enter an IP address using a different network segment.
