There is no sound. What should I do?

• Check the following:
  • Make sure the mute mode is not on. Press the Mute button on the remote control to toggle it off and on.
  • If you're playing a DVD, make sure the DVD level setting is not set to DVD LEVEL 1. See Adjusting the audio playback level.
  • Use the + Volume button on the control panel or remote control to increase the volume.
